Ilona Neff started her career in freight forwarding in 1993. Since then she
gained in-depth experience in all modes of transport in staff and managerial
positions in several international companies for some of which she worked in
Australia and the UK.
She held the position of Marketing Manager with DM Express in the Czech Republic
where she developed a highly effective network of world-wide partners and
implemented a new sales structure which drove new business to the company.
While holding the position of Operation Manager with DM Express, Ilona
concentrated on improving the internal communication platform and streamlining
all operations procedures. This enabled the successful co-operation between
divisions and subsequently resulted in a greatly improved profitability,
enhanced professional skill of the staff, new products, and additional clients.
In 2005 Ilona decided pursue other business opportunities outside of the freight
forwarding field, however, by joining adi Consult as Managing Partner of the
Czech Republic in late 2006 she has come right back to the industry she loves
and knows.
