- Led several projects for a major international freight forwarder to define requirements, identify and assess vendors, implemented the chosen solution and trained both the user base and help desk staff
- Conducted software audits and assessments at a major freight forwarder regarding regulatory compliance with FMC regulations, accounting standards, and other regulatory compliance.
- Selected by several employers of various industries as Director of client service delivery for largest clients in different industries to manage multi-million dollar software implementation engagements.
- Created a standardized implementation methodology for entire implementation life cycle with all associated technical documentation and related tools, which significantly improved profitability and productivity of the department.
- Architected solution and lead large development team for creation of an integrated system for one of Detroit’s “big three” car manufacturers for global vehicle tracking of over 1 million vehicles exported per year, resulting in over $1.5 million in cost savings and significantly improved customer service.
